The attached documents were the recommendations for the "smart growth" of the Town of Wawayanda as compiled by the previous Democratic-led administration based largely upon the input of residents like yourself.  Feel free to download and read the materials (links are below the cover page image).  These recommendations were made based upon the wishes of the people of our town and a comprehensive audit of our government operations during the previous administration. This is in sharp contrast to  the current Razzano-led administration that creates policies based only upon the wishes (and financial reach) of developers and and real estate investors.  The very same Razzano-led administration that refuses to acknowledge the input and concerns of the residents of our town and also refuses to form a committee to oversee the actions of the Town Board to ensure they are maintaining ethical and fair standards of government since most all of them have personal "special interests" in the development of Our Town.
